Soya chunk - 15g
Tofu - 50g
Mushrooms - 50g
Cabbage - 30g
Onion - 1 small
Butter/ghee - 5g
Tomato ketchup - 1 teaspoon
Chilli sauce - 1 teaspoon
Mixed herbs and chilli flakes
Salt as required
Pepper as required
Recipe given for a single serving of roll. Customisation options are given at the end.
Prepare roti with Wheat flour and soya mix. If you are not into cooking, you can use readymade chapati.
In parallel, just saute some tofu and mushrooms. You can choose to add salt here.
Take out the roti from tawa, Add the mix on the roti, add shredded Cabbage and onion pieces. You can choose to apply ketchup first or later on the top of the mix.
Add some salt, pepper and the ketchups. Roll it and serve.
Customisation - . You can add paneer / boiled chicken breast / boiled (And marinated) soya chunks or any other protein source in place of tofu. I add tofu as I can have more quantity. . Any choice of vegetables can be added on the pan or as topping. . Ketchup combination is upto you. Balance with your taste pallettes. . For extra richness, add egg while the roti is on the tawa. You can add cheese as well. . If you feel roti is dry, apply slight ghee/butter on it. . Any masala powder can be sprinkled as per your preference in reasonable quantity.
