1 1/2 cup wheat flour
1 1/2 cup palak
1/2 inch ginger
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tbps garam masala
1 chopped green chilli
water to blend spinach
3 tbps ghee
Wash palak and drain completely
Add this palak to blender along with ginger, garlic and chilli making a fine purée
Add this purée to flour along with salt and spices and knead into a soft dough
Add / tbps of ghee while kneading.
Once done, divide into balls and cover it for around minutes
Flour the ball and roll it slightly thick than a chapati
Heat a tawa till hot enough and transfer your rolled parantha over it
When it starts to bubble over, flip the parantha
Press it with some spatula and apply ghee over both the sides
