50g raw papaya/ watermelon rind
50g orange peel (avoid Nagpuri Orange)
100g strawberry
1tsp baking soda
1/4tsp baking powder
2 scoops (66g) whey protein (I used Irish chocolate)
1tsp spice powder (all spice, cinnamon,clove)
1cm Ginger
1tbsp Psyllium husk
1tsp stevia
Add tsp baking soda to warm water with g orange peel and g strawberries and keep for mins to remove the pesticide residues. Drain off the water Boil g of raw papaya / watermelon rind till translucent Add orange peel and tsp stevia and cook for mins Add g chopped strawberries and cook for minutes and switch off the flame. Add g of Amul lite butter and mix well In a mixing bowl add scoops whey, tsp spice powder, tbsp psyllium husk, /tsp baking powder. Add the fruit mixture and mix well until combined. Pour the mixture into a line baking tin. Place the tin in water bath and bake at °C for mins or cook it in cooker. Let it cool. Slice it into slices, and enjoy
