Soya chunks - 20 g
Multigrain flour/ wheat flour - 50 g
Split chick peas/ chana daal - 50 g ( soaked and boiled)
Chopped Onion - 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander
Chopped green chilli
Potato - 75 g (boiled and grated)
Oil- 5 g
Salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder ,chaat masala, garam masala - 1/2 tsp or as per taste
50 g vegetables of your choice
Cheese - 25 g
Make dough with powdered soya chunks, flour and salt
Divide the dough and make chapatis using the same.
Now, grind boiled chana daal and add potato, onion, green chilli, chopped coriander and spices
Now divide the above mix into equal shape and size and bake them at C for - min in a preheated oven . If you don’t have oven you can pan fry them
Now wrap the above patties,vegetables and grated cheese into the chapati that we made earlier
Microwave it for sec or heat it incase you like melted cheese
