Crêpe batter Plain flour - 70gm Skim milk - 120ml egg - 1 salt - 1/4tsp
Crepe filling low fat yogurt- 70ml Strawberry whey protein - 30gm
zero calorie chocolate drizzle
Toppings banana Strawberry
Crêpe batter : T a bowl and add flour, egg and milk. Mix them really well to make a thin batter. If it gets too thick you can add some water or more milk to thin it out.
Crêpe filling : Make a mixture out of yogurt and whey in a bowl and keep it aside.
Once the batter is ready, heat a pan. Start pouring the crepe batter to the pan and swirl it to reach the whole pan. (like how you make Appam 🤭) once the crêpe looks cooked flip it and let it cook for another minute.
after you flip the crêpes and it's cooked, add the Yogurt and Protein mixture to half of the crepe and fold it, you can even roll it out :)
top it with your favourite fruits and it's ready☺️❤️
