whey protein powder ( mine is peanut butter chocoblast): half scoop, water 150 ml, coffee (instant coffee powder)
microwave version: add water , coffee and whey in microwave safe cup. stir very well. now on highest power microwave it for sec, stir again microwave for sec, stir and again microwave for sec. It's ready to drink . If you don't like this much thick coffee , thin it down by adding ml water, instead of ml and microwave directly for one min.☕
