Chicken boneless: 500 gm, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, chilly, onions, Potato: 200 gm, oil: 25 gm, tomato. Chilly powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, garam masala.
Make a paste of coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, chilly and marinate the chicken in this paste with some salt and one teaspoon of all the masala powders. Now, in the cooker, heat oil, Cinnamon,Cloves, cardamom and jeera. Then add the onions sliced and saute it until golden brown. Then add the tomatoes. Add the marinated chicken and saute in high flame for to mins. Add the potato pieces to this and saute again for another Mins. Add some water, give it a mix and allow this to boil. Once it boils, close the cooker and cook until one or two whistles. Later Add garam masala and some chopped coriander leaves. Dhaniya chicken is ready to enjoy. Serves
