Take Prawn and marinate it with turmeric powder and salt and oil and Keep it aside for min. . Heat the pan and add mustard oil in it. Fry the prawns. Keep aside. . Add Garam masala. Fry for sec. . Add onion paste, fry till become golden brown. . Add tbsp ginger garlic paste. Fry for min in medium flame. . Add turmeric powder, kashmiri red mirch powder, salt, Mixed it well. . Add some water and cook for min in high flame. . Add garam masala powder and cook another sec. . Add fried prawns. Cook for min in high flame. . Add cups coconut milk. When boiling cover it for min in medium flame. . After min taste it. add garam masala powder and tsp ghee. Mixed it well. . Put off gas oven. Cover it for min again. . Serve hot .
