Paneer 100g

Potatoes 150g

Peanuts 20g

Olive oil 10ml

Green chillies to taste

Pinch Sugar

Salt, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, lemon juice

Fresh coriander leaves

Method

Step 1

Boil potatoes and cut in big cubes. Make cubes of paneer too. In ml oil fry peanuts and take them out in a plate. To the same oil add jeera, chillies and sauté for a min max. Add diced potatoes, paneer, fried peanuts. Add spices, pinch sugar and mix well. Add juice of lemon and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
