1/4th spoon mustard seeds
1 green chilli
1/4th tsp grated ginger
Pinch of Asafoetida (hing)
200ml water
Salt (As per taste)
A pinch of Red chilli
1/4th tsp turmeric powder
5-6 curry leaves
In a pan add besan, curd and water and whisk . Add Salt and turmeric powder and put it on high flame until a boil and then lower the flame. Keep stirring throughout. This process will take approx. - mins.
For Tadka put oil in separate pan add mustard seed then asafoetida, curry leaves, chopped green chilli, ginger and red chilli.
Put Tadka in kadhi and your recipe is ready. You can also add green veggies of your choices to make it little more healthy 😋
