Ingredients

Raw Peanuts 100g Jaggery 60g Almonds 10g (broken) For Flavouring.. Cinnamon, Fennel seeds Powder, Cardamom Powder 1 small tsp each For Garnishing Sesame Seeds 5g, Fennel Seeds Ghee 5g

Method

Step 1

In Non stick pan, Dry Roast Peanuts Cool Them n Grind Coarsely in Grinder Melt Jaggery in same pan using very small quantity of water, add cinnamon, cardamom n Saunf Powder Add ground Peanuts in melted Jaggery n mix well Transfer this mixture to a Plate greased with ghee Give a square shape to the mixture with the help of greased Spatula Garnish with Almonds, Fennel n sesame seeds Let it Cool for mins n cut into square pieces
