Urad papad, roasted and crushed: 1 no.
Thin poha: 125 gm
Mustard seeds: 1 tspn
Raw peanuts: 15 gm
Roasted chana dal: 15 gm
Dry coconut, cut into thin pieces: 15 gm
Asafoetida: A pinch
Turmeric powder: 1 tspn
Green chillies: 2 nos.
Curry leves: 6 to 7 nos.
Powdered sugar: 5 gm
Salt: To taste
Oil: 15 ml
On a slow flame, roast the poha in a flat non-stick pan for to minutes or till it becomes crispy. Keep this aside.
Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When they crackle, add peanuts, dry coconut and sautue it on a medium flame till it turns golden brown.
Add roasted chana dal, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder and asafoetida. sautue this for another minute and turn off the flame.
Add roasted poha, powdered sugar, salt and crushed roasted papad. Mix it all well.
Let cool it and then store it in an air-tight container.
