Panner 100 gm
Cumin powder, garam masala, coriander powder ,amchur powder powder, salt, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste - 2tsp each
Ghee and butter- 5 gm each
Lemon juice - 2tsp
Mix all the masalas with ghee and add some lemon juice
Add Panner Cubes and marinate it for minutes
Heat the pan, add butter and fry until it turns bit brown colour
