Biryani Masala- 2 tsp
Green chilly-2
Ghee-7gm
Salt- as per taste
Onion-50gm
Tomato-50gm
Corainder leaves- Small bunch
Ginger Garlic(gg) paste-1 tsp
Whole spices-Cinnamon, ellachi, pepper
Turmeric powder
Red chilly powder
Boil rice with salt and whole spices until % done. . Make green paste with coriander leaves+green chilles. Can add spinach if available. . Marinate paneer in green paste, salt and biryani masala. . Add ghee to a pan, add finely chopped onion +gg paste. . Once onion turns slight brown add finely chopped/ grated tomato. Add turmeric powder+ red chilly powder. . After mins add vegetables( i have used gm cauliflower& gms capsicum). You can use any other veggie. . Add / cup of water and let the veggies cook. . Once the veggies are cooked at the marinated paneer. Adjust salt. Let this cook for mins. . Once done layer the rice with the veg base as per your choice. . Decorate with coriander leaves.
