▪ 5gm ghee
▪ 105gm paneer
▪ 10gm soya chunks
▪ 50gm onion
▪ 50gm tomatoes
▪ 150gm capsicum
▪ 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
▪ 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
▪ 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
▪ 1 teaspoon coriander powder
▪ 1 teaspoon chilly powder
▪ lemon juice
▪ chopped coriander leaves
▪ salt
❒ Boil soya chunks. Squeeze out the water from the boiled soya chunks and keep them aside.
❒ Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds, and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
❒ Add chopped onion, and capsicum. Sauté until onion becomes golden.
❒ Add tomatoes. Add turmeric, chilly, and coriander powder. Mix well and add soya chunks and salt.
❒ Drizzle some water and cover the pan with a lid. Cook for mins. Check-in between, add water if required, and mix it well.
❒ Add paneer. Mix well and let it cook for mins. Keep stirring it in between. Add water if required.
❒ Turn off the flame. Squeeze some lemon and add coriander leaves.
❒ Enjoy as an appetizer or with rice/roti/bread/millets.
