Palak 300gm finely chopped

Onion chopped

Ginger garlic paste

oil 10 gm

Garam masala

Method

Step 1

Add oil, give a tadka jeera tej pata, stir-fry onion 🧅 tomato then cook it for to min. . Add ginger garlic paste cook it for min by adding all these dry spices except garam masala . Add 🍤 to it and cover for another minutes. then add palak then cook it for min. . Don't add water then turn off the gass by adding garam masala.
