Spinach (pureed) :50gms
Semolina :80gms
Ginger grated : as per taste
Paneer grated:50gms
Oil:5gms
Greek yoghurt :50gms
Salt as per taste
Baking soda : 1/4 tsp
STEPS: . Take semolina /suji in a bowl .add spinach puree . Add grated ginger . Add yoghurt and mix well without any lumps . If required add little water ( you might not need water as palak puree will be sufficient) . Add salt as per taste , baking soda and mix well . Leave the mixture aside for - mins . Heat pan . Add /grease .pour cheela mixture and on top of it add some grated paneer and flip the sides to cook well . Enjoy with your fav sauce/sabzi/ youghurt. Note: this will make up to cheelas
