1/2 Onion(50-60gm)
1 Tomato(100gm)
10gm Ghee
Salt, Haldi, Lal Mirch, Kali Mirch, Garam Masala
1/2 Spoon Jeera
Fry chopped onion in g Ghee with Jeera
When onion turns pink, add chopped tomato and fry them together
Add Salt, Lal Mirch, Haldi according to your taste to the mixture while continuing frying
Take gm Spinach/Palak in cup water in cooker for boiling it separately and take - whistles
Add gm grated Paneer to the Onion tomato mixture
Add Black pepper and Garam masala to the mixture according to your taste
Add boiled and chopped palak in the mixture and mix it well
