3 cloves 2 cinnamon sticks 2 bayleaf 400g chicken breast boneless 1 medium chopped onion 1 medium chopped Tomato 1 bunch spinach leaf 3 grean chilli sliced 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp butter or olive oil 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp coriander powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp fresh cream
- sink spinach in water on vessel and heat it for minutes until it gets soft. then remove the spinach from water and grind it in mixture and make it paste. - Heat a pan and add tbsp butter/oil - Add cloves, bayleaf and cinnamon sticks - add onion and salt to taste mix it well till it turns brown then add tomato and mix for few minutes - Put ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder mix it properly for sometime. - Add chicken and green chilli mix it well and cover the lid and keep for minutes until the chicken is cooked % - Then add spinach pury , mix it and keep for minutes Then add fresh cream mix for sometime. Your dish is ready and ready to serve
