Mix sooji, yoghurt, water, salt to make a mix of dosa consistency and leave for minimum mins. sooji will absorb water and the batter perfect for idli
Add the batter in equal parts in cupcake plate
put it in oven for mins on C temperature
check after mins with a knife and if it comes out smoothly, the idlis are ready
keep it out for mins and serve with chutney or sambhar of your choice
