red chilli powder , turmeric, biryani masala , Coriander powder , jeera powder

Method

Step 1

In a pressure cooker heat ghee add tempering

Step 2

add onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot , cauliflower, dry spices , curd , salt to taste

Step 3

add rice , paneer, water as per your choice , pressure cook and you are good to go

Step 4
