Wash oats nicely n keep it in a strainer to drain extra water.
In a pan saute onion add curry leaves, green chilly, peas,hing, mustard seeds in it.
Once mustard seeds start spluttering add turmeric, oats and salt n cover it for - minutes.
Add lemon juice in it and serve
