Step 1

For the batter: Mix ground oats and besan add salt and all the spices and give it a good mix. For chilla: On a pan add oil spread it with help of an oiling brush. Pour the mixture spread it with the help of a spoon. Cook for about - minutes on both sides. tada it is ready 🌸
