Ingredients

30 grams Noodles

100 grams Paneer or 200 grams boneless chicken

150 grams veggies of your choice

5 ml oil

For flavour add peri-peri, oregano and soya sauce with salt.

Chopped garlic and green chilli as per your taste

Method

Step 1

Boil the noodles and wash and strain it in cold water. So that it doesn’t stick to each other.

Step 2

In a pan add ml oil and add finely chopped garlic. Once it’s golden brown add all the veggies and paneer cubes. Cook it on high flame to maintain the crunch.

Step 3

Now add peri peri, oregano and soya sauce with salt as per your taste.

Step 4

Add the boiled noodles and toss is well and enjoy.
