3. Ginger garlic paste
4. Tomato 🍅 one boiled and pureed
5. Onion one chopped
6. Whole spices like cloves, cinnamon stick, Cumin seeds, bay leaf
7. Coriander leaves and kasuri methi chopped
8. Lemon juice to marinade chicken
Marinade the chicken in lemon juice , salt, turmeric and ginger garlic paste. . Boil one tomato and puree . Heat the non stick add the whole spices mentioned in ingredient . . Add chopped onion and stir till it turn pink. . Add tomato puree. . Once they cook add the marinated chicken followed by powder spices like salt, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder ginger garlic paste and give it a nice stir. . Add the diced potato . Pressure cook this with a cup of water. . Finish off by garnishing with coriander leaves and kasuri methi.
