Mutton - 100gm
Any lentil ( preferably Toor Dal / Chana Dal ) - 50gm
Bottle gourd - 200 gm
Onion , Tomato - 1 each
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 TBSP
Green chillies - 2
Red chilli powder - 2tsp
Turmeric powder - half tsp
Garam masala - a pinch
Dalcha masala (optional) - 1 to 2 tsp
Handful of methi leaves
Tamarind pulp - 2 to 3 tbsp
Pudina (mint leaves ) - Handful
Coriander - Handful
oil - 15gms
Boil Mutton separately adding turmeric powder and ginger Garlic paste and salt
Boil Dal (lentil) separately adding salt and turmeric powder
Boil Bottle gourd separately until it cooks
Take a vessel, heat oil, Add onions and saute till light Brown
Add tomato finely chopped and let it cook
Add Mint leaves and coriander and methi leaves
Add all masala n let it cook a bit
Then add boiled mutton and let it roast a little in masala
Add Dal along with tamarind pulp
lastly add the Bottle gourd
Close the lid and let it cook for another to mins just too get it all mixed.
