moong dal soaked overnight and sprouted - 50g dry weight
paneer chopped to small cubes 50g
tomato chopped 50g
onion chopped 50g
green chillies 2 no. finely chopped (can use according to preference)
coriander leaves finely chopped
black salt or normal salt as reqd
chat masala powder 1.5tsp
lemon juice 2 tsp
capsicum chopped 30g (optional)
pomegranate 2tbsp (optional)
sev/ bhujia /boondi 1tbsp (optional not included in macros)
wash the sprouted beans thoroughly and it can be either parboiled or raw. mix all ingredients in a bowl and consume immediately.
