cumin seeds mustard seeds, turmeric powder , red chilli powder ,garam masala
soak moong dal for hours and then grind it along with green chillies, corriander leaves,garlic,salt ,cumin seeds
prepare paneer bhurji for that heat gm of ghee in a a pan , add mustard , cumin , turmeric, add finely chopped onion and tomato saute for minutes
add grated paneer , mix well add salt, red chilli, garam masala as per taste
for dosa heat a pan grease with ghee and evenly spread the moong dosa batter prepared, flip it after minutes let it cook from both sides
once cooked , add paneer bhurji fold it and serve hot
healthy protein meal is ready to eat , this quantity made me dosa
