Ingredients

100 grams of apple

100 grams of banana

100 grams of Strawberries

100 grams of oranges, 75 grams sugar, 1 lemon

Method

Step 1

Blend all the fruits in blender

Step 2

Add the fruit pulp to the pan, add sugar

Step 3

stir it constantly and add lemon juice

Step 4

the puree will thicken with constant stirring

Step 5

check the jam consistency by pouring in a plate and tilt it to slip, if it is runny you need to cook for some more time.

Step 6

if it slips slowly on a plate, it is done

Step 7

store it in air tight container!
