Step : take urad dal , yellow moong dal , masoor dal and Channa dal ( all together gm ) in a bowl , add rice , wash everything once and soak it in water for atleast hours . Step : grind it to smooth batter and add salt as per taste Step : heat the pan and put the dosa batter , add ghee/oil as per your requirement , roast it a bit . Tadaa Dosa is ready . Note : you don’t need to ferment this batter , as soon you grind it’s ready to use . You can make - dosa in this batter
