100 grams of Dosa or idli batter
70 grams of paneer
1 cheese cube or cheese slice
Handful of moringa leaves
Basic spices like chaat masala , roasted jeera powder, chilli powder and salt.
Mix salt , chilli powder, cummin seeds and moringa leaves to Dosa/idli batter.
Spread the batter on min stick pan and load it with some grated paneer and and cheese.
Cook from both the sides and your mini uttapams are ready
Enjoy it with mint chutney or coconut chutney.
