1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon oil
Salt and spices
3 green chilli
1/2 tablespoon chopped ginger and garlic
2 onion
2 tomato
Peel turai/ridge gourd to remove the green skin part
Chop it in pieces as per your preference
Chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger, garlic
Put a pan in medium flame and add oil and cumin seeds
Add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli, onion , tomato till it get soft
Now, add salt and all spices as per taste
Add chopped Torai and mix it well
cook on low flame with lid covered
Sprinkle little water on it. Cook for - minutes till the oil leaves the sides
Serve hot and enjoy with Chapati or rice
