Milk 150ml Chia seeds 35g Honey 1tbsp Mango 130g (or any fruit of choice) Pumpkin seeds 1 tbsp (or any nuts/seeds of choice)
Soak chia seeds with milk and honey in a glass jar. Refrigerate it overnight. In the morning top it with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds. Preferably serve it while it is still chilled.
