Curry leaves
Marinade the chicken in Chilli powder, turmeric, salt lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, kasuri methi. Let it rest for hours.
Fry the chicken in the grams of oil.
Cut the tomatoes, onion, ginger and garlic.
Toss in into a blender and blend till it makes a smooth paste.
In a pan take grams of oil, once it heats up add the fennel seeds and a lot of curry leaves.
Add the chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and coriander powder, kasuri methi. (You can add your choice of masalas if you like, I added Kundapur Masala)
Let it roast for a minute.
Add the paste and sautee it till the raw taste goes away. Add some salt.
Add the cooked chicken with its juices, add little water of needed.
Add lemon juice.
Mix well.
Cover and cook on slow flame for two minutes.
Serve with coriander leaves and finely cut ginger.
