Prawns-100 g ( cleaned , remove thread, marinated with ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric,chilli powder& 1 tsp lemon juice, dhania powder)
bottle gaurd 100 g ( optional)
onion 50 g ( optional)
Raw rice 50 g
Whole spices- bay leaves 2-3,star anise-1,black pepper5-6,cinnamon-1-2,cloves2-3
Shredded coconut - 1 g ( 1 pinch )& Chopped corriander (for decoration)
salt
turmeric powder
chlilli powder
ghee/ coconut oil 2 tsp
Wash & drain rice
In a pressure pan brush ghee & add whole spices , add rice & stir for - mins Remove & keep aside
Now heat remaining ghee ,add onion , stir till it is golden & transparent
add turmeric ,ginger garlic paste ,finely chopped lauki , salt, stir , now add prawns , keep stirring for - mins
Add double amount of water (rice : water :) When the water boils add rice & pressure cook
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves ,& a pinch of shredded coconut Enjoy!!!!!!
