Besan - 30 Grams
Curd Generic - 30
refined - 4 Grams
Mustard Seeds - 1 Gram
Sesame Seeds - 1 Gram
Green chilli - 2
Curry Leaves
Spices - Turmeric, Salt
Ginger garlic paste
Add curd and besan and whip it till no lumps.
Add Grams of water, salt, pinch of turmeric and ginger garlic paste.
Sieve it so that no lumps remain in the batter.
In a pan add this batter and stir it continuosly while heating on low flame. Cook it until it is slightly thick and cooked. Generally done in - mins.
Switch off the flame and spread the batter on a oil greased plate. Make sure the spread is thin.
Let it cool for - mins. Now cut it in small strips and roll it.
In a pan add oil, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, and let it splutter.
Add cut green chilli and curry leaves.
Add this tadka over rolled up khandvi and Enjoy 😋
Note: You can stuff Jhanvi with coconut if your macro allows.
