40 gm moong dal
Take gm of moong dal in cooker and add ml water. Take whistles on medium flame.
Take semolina into bowl, add yogurt and teaspoon of water into it and mix well leave it for min. After that add salt and pich of soda mix well add water as per batter consistency. Finally add spoon full of batter into Idli tray and steam for min.
In a pan take oil and add cumin seeds, curry leaves, onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste cook for min. (If you like you can add veggies)
Add salt, turmaric, red chilli powder, sambar masala and add cooked moong dal into it. Once boil add fresh coriander.
