170g Chicken breasts Soya sauce Vinegar A little Ching’s green chili sauce A very little Ching’s red chili sauce (optional) Chili flakes (optional) 1 sugarfree tab Capsicum Onions Spring onions 5g cornstarch (adjust as per your macros) 6g Oil
Cut chicken breasts into small pieces and mix them with soya sauce, garlic powder, ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder, salt, a very little oil. Air fry the mixture. Make sure you don‘t overcook, the pieces should be soft/medium soft. Meanwhile, take a small bowl and prepare a mixture of different sauces, mentioned below: a. soya (I used a little, as I don‘t consume soya much due to thyroid problem) b. Vinegar c. A little Ching‘s green chilli sauce d. A little Ching‘s red chili sauce (optional) e. sugarfree tablet in a powdered form f. Chilli flakes (optional) g. Salt . Take a pan, heat it and pour some oil. Then fry onions, chopped garlic and ginger. . Add one capsicum (roughly cube-sized) and spring onions and stir for - mins. . Add half portion of the sauce mixture along with diluted cornstarch (I mixed gms of cornstarch with water, you can adjust it as per your required calories). . Add chicken and add the remaining portion of the sauce. . Mix well (and continuously). Your chicken is done. Note: the above steps are done in high flame. Additional: I didn’t add the calorie count for the rice, but you can find the simple recipe below: . Heat the pan and pour oil. . Fry onions and chopped garlic. Then add your desired veggies (I used peas, spring onions, and half carrot). . Add the mixture of sauce(mentioned above) and stir well. . Add cooked-rice and mix well. Garnish with some more spring onions.
