Besan 40 g
Paneer 100 g
Hung Curd 50 g
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Mint chutney
Lettuce leaves, chopped finely
Onion sliced
Salt to taste
Tandoori masala 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Kasoori methi 2 tsp
Carom seeds a pinch
Ghee 5 g
) Marinate paneer in g curd, tsp gg paste, tandoori masala, chilli powder, kasoori methi and salt. Keep it aside for mins.
) In a deep bowl, mix together besan, g curd, gg paste, carom seeds, chilli powder, kasoori methi and salt. Cover and leave it aside for some time.
) Tawa fry paneer on both the sides till nice brown. (Mine was pre- greased so didn't use any oil or ghee). Cut them into pieces once they cool down.
) Take two spoon full batter and spread it on hot tawa. Cook both the sides till you see nice brown specs. Remove from tawa.
) Spread mint chutney, keep some onion slices and lettuce leaves. Add paneer cubes, sprinkle salt, chilli powder and chat masala. Fold the ends to make a roll. g besan makes two pancakes.
