Curd / Greek yogurt- 100 g
Green chutney
Any Salad leaves
Spices of your choice
Salt
Marinate paneer and other vegetables (onion and capsicum) in curd and spices & salt
Sautee this mixture in a oil brushed pan on medium flame for about minutes OR barbecue it on medium flame gas OR Grill it in microwave convection for about mins.
Meanwhile make a roti (ready made wheat roti would also be fine if you are in hurry)
Add the paneer mixture on the roti and garnish it with any salad leaves of your choice. ( Use teaspoon of any sause if your diet allows you to)
