Rohi Fish (250 gm )

Half Egg

Rava ( Semolina) (20 gm)

Ghee (7.5 gm)

Rice ( 35 gm

Method

Step 1

Clean gm Rohu fish

Step 2

Add spoon red Chilies powder + spoon dhania powder + . spoon ginger garlic paste + spoon maida + spoon Garam masala + salt according to taste + add half egg to Rohu fish

Step 3

Marinate for min

Step 4

Take rava (semolina ) in dish and coat this rava to marinated fish pieces from all sides

Step 5

Take . gm ghee in nonstick pan and heat it

Step 6

Stir the Rava coated fish in ghee for around min to min

Step 7

Eat fish fry with gm rice
