Salt, black pepper, chat masala, garlic paste, fish tikka masala and coriander.
Boil fish with little salt black pepper and - clove garlic, once boiled remove skin and bones and shred it. Add it to mixing bowl
Grind dry soya granules with gm besan to make powder. Add half portion to shredded fish and keep rest aside to coat cutlets.
Crumble bread and add it to mixing bowl add all masala and mix it properly and make cutlets of the mixture.
Take egg white in a bowl add little salt and pepper and beat it for a min. Dip cutlets in egg white, coat it with soya-besan crumble and fry it.
