Egg- 1
Wheat flour- 100gm
Curd - 70gm
Ghee - 10gm
Black Sesame seeds - 2 gm
Salt - as per your taste
Baking powder- 0.5 tsp
Sift wheat flour, salt and baking powder via a sieve into a bowl. Add ghee(gm) to it and mix all well.
Hung the curd and remove all water and then whisk it nicely along with egg in a bowl with the help of whisker.
Add this to the flour mixture and knead a dough. Add water only if required. Also, add sesame seeds and kneed the dough for - minutes. Cover it with cloth or lid and leave it aside for - minutes.
Now roll it out on the chapati board and keep it thick as . inch or slightly less than that. Now make the cubes out of it by running the knife vertically and horizontally.
Airfryer roasting: preheat the airfryer for minutes and then brush it with remaining ghee and lay on the cubes and roast it for minutes at deg C and then flip it with the help of tongs and roast on other side for minutes until it’s golden brown on both sides. Keep it inside the airfryer after switching it off for more crunchiness. You can do similarly in the oven as well.
For nonstick pan, brush the pan with ghee and lay the cubes and preheat it for a minute or . Lay the cubes and cook it on the low flame for about - minutes or until it’s golden brown. Now, flip it and roast in the other side while removing the lid and continue roasting it until it’s golden brown and crispy. Protip : Sundry it for - minutes if you use nonstick pan for quicker cooking. Enjoy healthy snacking ❤️🫶
