50 gm bread / 2 slices of bread
apply a little oil on the pan (if it is not non stick) non stick pan hardly requires / gm of oil.
crack aggs in a bowl and separate yellow and white part
put the white part and spread it evenly on the hot pan and let it cook on low to med heat
put yolks In the middle and let it cook for - min.
put some salt, pepper, and red chilli
start folding the cooked whites (from all the sides) in such a way that it makes a pocket for yolks to stay in
carefully turn over the enclosed pocket so that yolks can get cooked from the other side too.
toast the breads
