Curd: 20 gm
Coriander powder: 3 gm
Cumin powder: 3 gm
Onion: 20 gm
Chilli: 2
Ghee: 10 gm
Egg: 2
Salt: As per taste
Prepare the dough by mixing the atta, warm water, salt, spices, curd, onions, gm ghee and egg.
Knead for - minutes. Keep aside covered for minutes.
Make a ball and roll a paratha out of it.
Heat the remaining ghee, add an egg, chillies and some salt.
Put the paratha over it and cook them together for - minutes, each side.
Serve hot.
