Eggs White 2
Onion 1 medium - finely chopped
Tomato 1 large ripe- grated/pureed
Ghee 10 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste
atta 50 gm + 30 gm Buckwheat or ragi flour
Dry roasted Besan 10 gm
For Egg curry- Add Ghee to a pan followed by Onion & Ginger Garlic paste and cook until golden brown
Add grated/pureed tomatoes and add spices (salt/jeera powder/turmeric/chilli powder/corainder powder) and cook for mins. Add dry roasted besan and mix it well with the gravy. Add half cup water and cook for mins.
Add boiled Eggs and cook for mins
Garnish with Grated boiled eggs and Coriander
Serve with Roti or Paratha or Rice
