Bay leaf: 1
Biriyani masala: 5 gm

Cinnamon: 1 piece
Start by boiling the eggs.
Now heat the ghee and fry the eggs with a bit of turmeric and salt.
Remove the eggs from the vessel, then add the bay leaf and cinnamon. Fry the onions, tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste. Add the spices, black pepper powder and salt.
Add the curd and stir for - minutes.
Add the rice and stir for another - minutes.
Now close the lid and let it cook for whistles.
Mix the eggs with the rice and serve with raita.
