Add hing jeera and then add chicken pieces,sprinkle some dry ginger powder and let it cook for min on simmer with cover on.
turn pieces in between.Once chicken pieces changes color add salt,turmeric,kashmiri Lal Mirch and mix well.cook for min
Add g curd and mix well and add fennel seeds powder and cook on low flame for min with cover on
once you see oil on sides,add water as per gravy requirements and bring it to boil on high flame for - min.& itās done.
