kaju /cashew powder 20gms. Almonds powder 20gms. Anjeer/dried figs 20gms. Dry dates powder 20gms Oats 20gms. museli 20gms.
Whey protein 20gms non fat milk 250gms Coffee and ice cubes (optional)
Measure all above ingredients and mix that in mixture add ice cubes it's optional i added to the shake and milk you can take warm or chilled i took chilled just sprinkle coffee on top of your shake if you like or coco powder i took coffee powder as it taste awesome. Tips : you can make powders of each dry fruits and keep in air tie containers.I have made for kaju ,almonds and dry dates.
