Rohu fish (or any fish u like in your macros) 150gms
Curd 100gms
Coconut oil/ Olive oil 15gms
Salt, turmeric powder, white Mustard paste, green chilly, curry leaves, Rai(small mustard seeds), few drops of lemon juice
Clean the fish and marinate with few drops of lemon juice, turmeric powder & salt.
Heat the pan, add gms oil and sallow fry the fish till cooked and nice golden brown from each side. Keep the fish aside.
Make a mixture of curd, white mustard paste, turmeric powder & salt.
Now add the rest of gms oil in the pan, splutter the Rai, whole green chilly & curry leaves. Then add the Curd mixture and stir continuously on medium otherwise the curd will cruddle.
Saute for mins and then add the fish, cover and cook on low flame.
Keep stirring in between and keep a check on the gravy.
Add water according to your required gravy thickness (I personally like it almost dry as you can see in pic)
Add some coriander leaves and enjoy your Dohi Sorisha Macha with steam rice.
